This sake has a gentle Ginjo aroma and a balanced taste of umami and acidity. Neither too mild nor too strong, it pairs well with food. Just one sip reveals its excellent balance, proving that quality goes beyond grade.
This series is, so far, one of the most promising labels for Singapore sake lovers. People find it very well-balanced, easy to drink, and easy to appreciate when paired with food. Many sake breweries are located in the northern and colder regions of Japan, but this brewery is in Nagasaki, the southernmost area of Japan. With its tropical climate and warm temperatures, I feel this sake embodies soft, sweet, and rich in umami. For those new to our shop, I highly recommend trying this label first. It also won a gold award in the well-known Singapore Sake Challenge competition.
